The RMA Process Explained
Of course, even with the best technology, some components may occasionally require repair or replacement. When that happens, we make the RMA (return merchandise authorization) process as simple as possible:
You notify us of the issue and receive an RMA number.
The faulty hardware is returned using that RMA number.
We rapidly repair/replace the component and ship it back.
Comprehensive Training via TalentLMS
Investing in technology is one thing, but that investment should come along with available, easy to access training to keep your team up to date. That’s why we utilize the innovative TalentLMS platform to provide all our clients with separate training paths tailored to the specific needs of different user groups:
Installers: They receive a comprehensive program that explains the inner workings of the RTLS system and provides a step-by-step installation guide.
End-users: Their training focuses on how to operate the RTLS system, including testing and maintenance.
Both types of training consist of short, easy-to-access video modules with comprehension checks. Users can access and repeat these modules at their own convenience and in any order.
