Actall Privacy Policy

‍This Privacy Policy describes how Actall Inc. (“Actall”) collects, uses and discloses information, and what choices you have with respect to the information.

Privacy Policy Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to Actall’s products and services, including applicable Actall applications, Actall.net and other Actall websites (collectively, the “Websites”) and other interactions (e.g., customer service inquiries, product orders, etc.) you may have with Actall (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree with the terms, do not access or use the Services, Websites, or any other aspect of Actall’s business.

‍This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party applications or software that integrate with the Services through the Actall platform (“Third-Party Services”), or any other third-party products, services, or businesses. In addition, separate user agreements may govern delivery, access, and use of the Services (the “UA”), including the processing of any data submitted through the Services (“Service Data”). The organization (e.g., your employer or another entity or person) that agreed to an Actall UA (“Customer”) controls its instance of the Services and any associated Service Data (the “Customer Instance”).

Service data. Customers and individuals granted access to a Customer Instance by a Customer (“Authorized Users”) may submit Service Data to Actall when using the Services.

Account information. To create or update a Actall account, you or your employer may supply Actall with an email address, phone number, or other account details. In addition, Customers that purchase Actall products and/or services may provide Actall (or its payment processors) with billing details such as credit card information, banking information and/or a billing address.

We collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Service (“Log Data”). This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this type of information in order to increase our Service’s functionality. These third-party service providers have their own privacy policies addressing how they use such information.

Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and transferred to your device. We use cookies to collect information in order to improve our services for you. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. The Help feature on most browsers provide information on how to accept cookies, disable cookies or to notify you when receiving a new cookie. If you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some features of our Service and we recommend that you leave them turned on.

Do Not Track Disclosure
We do not support Do Not Track (“DNT”). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable DNT by visiting the preferences or settings page of your web browser. Since we don’t support this feature, enabling it will not eliminate tracking when you use our Service.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the Internet, or other method of electronic storage, is entirely secure and we are unable to guarantee the absolute security of the Personal Information we have collected from you.
